My breakfast this morning - eggs, buffalo and leafy-green salad slow cooked in Coconut Oil. #Paleo
Fresh sardines seasoned with paprika, thyme, garlic, black pepper and other herbs and spices. With sweet pepper, onions all slow fried in coconut oil.
