2 marinated sea bass fillets slow fried, organic leafy greens, onions and garlic sautéed in coconut oil. #Paleo
Wild caught Sea Bass seasoned with black pepper, garlic, thyme and other herbs and spices cooked in extra-virgin coconut oil. Lightly steamed organic spinach, red cos, green batavia, rocket and a couple of sweet peppers.
Paleo breakfast today: coconut milk, banana, walnuts, cashews and raisins. No grains and no dairy.
