Primal Play session being filmed by the one and only BBC as part of a wider piece on the Paleo/Primal community in the USA, during PrimalCon. The documentary should be available to view early next year...

I had a remarkable time in PrimalCon Tulum Mexico, hosting some Primal Playout sessions and a formal presentation on why "Diet alone is not enough" which went well. I also shot a few photos for the forthcoming book and also came away with some interesting ideas and thoughts on taking things forward - getting people to move through play!
