I almost vomited!
I completed this in 29 minutes. The Burpees did me in after about the 15th rep. A killer to start with - NASTY!
I recently went to a http://www.ginasticanatural.com/ seminar in Edinburgh where we were taught the Crocodile Walk - it's quite tough........
The course itself was interesting - but not in the same league as www.MovNat.com
Jonathan,
At least you didn't have to go to Brazil to experience it, or then again maybe you would have preferred that! :-)
I love the crocodile walk, looks simple but is very tough - especially when you avoid bouncing up and down and keep close to the ground.
Did this workout today at 0600 - never again!!! Oh, okay, maybe just the once more :)
Deadlifts were the killer for me on this one - where I've lost 35lbs on the Paleo diet and these workouts since March the 60kg was tough. I had to break it down into sets of 10 reps with a 20 sec rest between sets.
Anyway, I did this in 27 minutes and was, to use the American term, well and truly smoked.
Love it :D
I did this workout today and realised how unfit I am, I only got as far as the "50 dead Clean & Press"
Did 20 per arm and felt shattered, crocodile walks were ok, the hardest part was keeping my chest from touching the ground.
When I stopped doing the "50 dead Clean & Press" I felt really queezy like I was gonna vomit, so I decided to stop there. I was even scared 2 drink my protein shake in case I threw it back up LOL.
Overall this is a good workout and within time I will be able to complete it all and throw in some cardio etc as well.
@Marv90 - you should get enough of a cardio beasting from this workout alone! Good effort.
