Going to Paleo f(x) this year and want to support a good cause?
As you may or may not know the Board of Directors of The Wahls Foundation is sponsoring a luncheon fundraiser during PaleoFX in Austin this year to raise funds for Dr. Wahls much needed research. Specifically continued work on frozen blood samples she has of patients that have completed her clinical trials.
This research is so needed to validate with science what many of us are already experiencing living a Paleo lifestyle. Dr. Wahls performs all of her studies on humans making costs considerably high. In addition, the National MS Society continues to refuse her valuable funds to support this research making the effort to raise funds extending outside of traditional channels.
Your support is needed to help Dr. Wahls continue her work publishing research findings regarding the power of food, movement and mindfulness following Paleo principles to heal many from autoimmune disorders and much more.
There are a limited number of spaces hoping to keep it intimate for those to really have time to talk with Dr. Wahls.

It's already week 2! Thanks to all who are still taking part and getting involved with photos and comments. I appreciate the feedback and support.
Focus on the moves not muscles, keep it slow and controlled, focussed breathing and flow, with good quality movement.

Went for a good walk today as well as completing some piggy-backs and sprints too. Looking forward to recovery tomorrow and kicking off Week 2 on Monday!
