Started off the session with sore thighs (from Monday and Tuesday) - duck walks and tuck jumps the culprit for sure. Fortunately at the end of the session I feel better.
My best rounds were a maximum of:
34 Standing Push-Up
19 Inverted Row
26 Squat Thrusts
18 Prisoner Squats
Lowest 30 (SPU) 14 (IR), 22 (ST), 15 (PS)
My chin over (tree branch) was 28 seconds.
