Tabata Thursday: Level I, Week 3, Day 18

Started off the session with sore thighs (from Monday and Tuesday) - duck walks and tuck jumps the culprit for sure. Fortunately at the end of the session I feel better.

My best rounds were a maximum of:

34 Standing Push-Up
19 Inverted Row
26 Squat Thrusts
18 Prisoner Squats

Lowest 30 (SPU) 14 (IR), 22 (ST), 15 (PS)

My chin over (tree branch) was 28 seconds.

I walked much less than I wanted today but still managed to get an hour or so in today, of getting some vitamin D. Looking forward to tomorrow and Tabata Thursday!

Waist Circumference - Month 3:  100cm (23cm/9 inch reduction)

Metabolic Age - Day 1: age 54
Metabolic Age - Month 3: age 38 (decrease of 16 metabolic years)

Resting Heart Rate - Day 1: 83 bpm
Resting Heart Rate - Month 3: 66 bpm (decrease of 17 bpm)

Body Fat - Day 1: 27.1%
Body Fat - Month 3: 21.7%
