I completed 4 rounds for Tabata Tuesday:

Skip/Jump Rope: 53,49,50,50 (with rope)
Toddler Climb: 11,12,11,10 (4 touches 1 rep)
Walking Lunge: 12,12,11,12
Backwards Bear Crawl: 30, 35, 32, 30 steps

Door Frame Dead Hang: 38 seconds.

I completed around 7000 steps today.

Tabata Thursday: Level I, Week 4, Day 25 (from the Paleo Fitness Book workout programme)

I'm in a hotel room, so using those holes to do my jump pull-ups! This was a great way to wake-up and start the day.

Walk Wednesday: travelling today en-route to Paleo f(x). Not sure how much walking I will do but will aim to do as much as possible, even if it is just by taking the stairs at the airport!
