I can't believe it's already Week 4! Well done to all who are still taking part or who have recently joined, I really appreciate the feedback!

Here's a video of today's Movement Monday - 1 round, executed pretty quickly (but not like a tabata pace), still a focus on quality movement.

Took it relatively easy today after my carries and sprint efforts yesterday. But keeping in the spirit of the day, here's a video of a carry using more than one-person from a while ago - which is a great way to develop even more strength.

Fun Friday : Level I, Week 3, Day 19

Today I've been sprinting, fireman carrying, crawling, climbing and playing with balance - as a fun finisher I play with some pull-ups on the High St. The world is my gym. :-)
