Warmup:
- 1km jog
Workout: (combinations of) -->
- 4 x 100m sprint & 100m walk recovery
- Air Squat and Jump Squats drills
- Step Vault, Speed Vault & Speed Vault Progressions (using a park bench)
- Dead-Hang Tree Pull-Ups using underhand, overhand and alternate grips
- Tree Muscle Ups/Climbing
- Park Bench balance drills
- Walking on low rails
- Precision Jumps
Finisher:
- 150m bear crawl
