Workout: Push The Car (No Gym Required)
Sometimes you rely on equipment you would find in a gym to perform your workout. At other times you have to improvise. A 60m dash with a car full of passengers is a good place to start and in many ways is more practical than pushing a bar off your chest with a bench press.
I estimate with passengers it is pushing almost 2 metric tons, it is tougher than it looks...
