Who are you?
Greg Carver. I've used exercise and diet to overcome some past chronic health issues, and now enjoy helping others to do the same. I currently am a partner and trainer at
StrengthBox in Toronto.
What is fitness to you?
Being able to move in a way that is optimal and efficient. Fitness should enable one to be physically useful, and will allow one to feel their best and live a long and healthy life.
What are your goals?
To continue to improve my strength and mobility, and to work on specific skills such as swimming and defence.
What is one of your main concerns in relation to health?
What is your favourite exercise/activity?
Deadlifts
What is your favourite meal?
Breakfast, hands down. Anything with eggs. Berries in coconut milk with hazelnuts and raw chocolate.
