Workout:
- 40 metre (or 50 steps) Walking Lunge with Weight Overhead *
- 10 sets of Medicine Ball of Death (using 3 balls)
- 3 x 20 metres (60 steps) Crocodile Walk
- 100 Air Squats
- 100 Press-Ups

- * Use 8-12kg Kettlebell Women, 16-20kg Kettlebell Men (single arm guideline)
