This is a four-hour broadcast, so fast forward to the times below to listen to the various sections (about 20 minutes in total)
1:23:xx - 1:27:xx -- Jo Wells (sports week organiser) talking about Primal Play and other activities at Rose Hill Primary with me conducting Primal Play sessions in the background.
2:23:xx - 2:27:xx -- Listening to a mother talking about Primal Play and the desire for her daughter to be able to carry her. A teacher talking about the week’s activities getting kids outdoors. Children talking about the fact they don’t normally get to do much in terms of activity.
2:54:xx - 2:59:xx -- Me conducting a session with Rose Hill Primary year 5 and getting the BBC Oxford journalist to take part in 2-person tag. The kids also talk about their experience, what they have learnt and what they think of me! One highlight from the kids: “Even if you don’t like playing, once you get into it you really enjoy it!”
3:20:xx - 3:22:xx -- Jo Wells and myself on what England needs to do, to be great at sport again!
3:50:xx - 3:54:xx -- Talking about my past, how my lifestyle changed for the better through the Paleo Lifestyle and the benefits of Primal Play.
Next week I'll be "taking over" a primary school in Oxford for a couple of days using advanced playfare techniques and introducing teachers, parents and the pupils to the concepts of Primal Play. Inspiring the next generation. #PrimalPlay
