It's thanks to Darryl's Paleo Fitness workouts that I no longer have to live with back pain or take a cocktail of medication to manage that pain.
I follow Darryl's bespoke virtual workout programme three times a week and I feel stronger and much happier. It's different from conventional workouts and it can be tough, but it's fun and you get results. I'm stronger and more mobile than I've been in years.
Darryl has also helped me with Nutrition. For years my weight had crept up steadily, something which Doctors attributed to my back injury. This made sense for a while; less activity + same level of food intake = weight gain. But this stopped making sense and I knew something wasn't right. Darryl ordered a comprehensive set of blood tests, which showed there was an issue with my liver, more specifically fat metabolism. I've been following Paleo nutrition for about a month now and I've lost over a stone (6.5kg/14lb)
Combining both Paleo fitness and nutrition has meant that my weight has come down, as has my blood pressure and body fat %, while my strength, mobility, fitness and metabolism have all increased.
I can highly recommend Darryl and his Paleo Fitness and nutrition programmes. They really do work!
