Every Minute for 10 Rounds

> 3 KettleBell Swings
> 3 Power Cleans

Recommended Weight:
Barbell: (Power Cleans)
Men: 60kg, Women: 35kg
Kettlebell:
Men: 32kg, Women: 16kg
