Rules:

Perform each deadlift as one single rep, repeated 100 times.  This is not for speed, but based on quality - so take your time. 

That is:

step to the bar, perform deadlift;
set down weight slowly back to the ground;
release grip, step away from bar and stand up straight;
repeat.

6 rounds below for time (complete all reps of one exercise before moving onto the next).

  • 10 Jump Pull-Ups
  • 10 Sandbag Deadlifts (reset - i.e. set bag down after each rep)
  • 10 Thrusters (Clean -->  (Squat --> Press)

Aim for a time of under 10 minutes

Recommended Weight:

Men: 25kg (Sandbag), 15kg (Dumbell)

Women: 15kg (Sandbag), 8kg (Dumbell)
