Workout: Six Rounds
Workout:
6 rounds below for time (complete all reps of one exercise before moving onto the next).
- 10 Jump Pull-Ups
- 10 Sandbag Deadlifts (reset - i.e. set bag down after each rep)
- 10 Thrusters (Clean --> (Squat --> Press)
Aim for a time of under 10 minutes

Men: 25kg (Sandbag), 15kg (Dumbell)
Women: 15kg (Sandbag), 8kg (Dumbell)
