Primal Play at LCHF Pre-Cruise Dinner

Jimmy Moore was a fantastic volunteer during my Primal Play demo at the Low-Carb pre-cruise dinner last week. It's always great teaching people that there IS a way to enjoy physical activity. I am looking forward to 2016. #Primal Play — at The Westin Fort Lauderdale.
