Darryl...

Just discovered your videos while looking for some footage of animal walk ideas on YouTube. Awesome material- have not seen many people taking play and animal movements to heart in an urban environment the way you have. 

Also, digging the usage of playout instead of workout- I'm only just realizing how powerful changing the word used to describe my movement sessions has on my psyche. Thank you!

I’m based out of Connecticut, but if you ever host a workshop on the East Coast, USA, I would definitely want to attend.
