Thanks to Darryl I now have my weight under control. After injuring my back a few years ago my weight increased significantly, and I found it extremely difficult to lose it once I'd recovered from my injury and I didn't know why.
As part of his initial consultation Darryl ordered a full set of blood tests including liver function tests (unlike my GP who offered no suggestions at all). This showed that I had non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and some issues with fat metabolism. Darryl made some recommendations including an in-depth exercise plan, food changes and supplements.
After approximately 4 weeks of following this plan, my blood results are now well within the healthy range for my liver, I've lost weight and I feel so much better overall.
Thank you Darryl!!
