- 200m Bear Crawl

- 200m Crab Walk
- rest - 1 minute
- 100 step Crocodile Walk
- rest - 1 minute
- 100 Burpee Press-Up
- rest - 1 minute
- 100 Jump Pull-Ups
- rest - 1 minute
