Paleo Breakfast: Eggs, Eggs, Eggs!

Paleo Breakfast:

6 large naturally-pastured organic eggs, scrambled with no dairy.  Seasoned with black pepper and fresh garlic.  Fried with half a tablespoon of organic virgin coconut oil on a moderate heat.

Steamed Organic broccoli

Steamed Organic cauliflower

Drink:

Very large (and strong) green tea with some fresh mint picked from the garden.
