Who are you?

 Melissa McEwen, a paleo blogger and web developer.

What is fitness to you?

Being able to meet any challenge in a wild environment.

What are your goals?

My goal is to rebuild my body to function more like a child, moving naturally.

What is one of your main concerns in relation to health?

Digestive Disorders (such as IBS), which I personally conquered via the Paleo Diet.

What is your favourite meal?

Bacon and Mayonnaise

What is your favourite exercise/activity?

Swimming
