- 50 Jump Pull-Ups
- 25m Bear Crawl
- 25m Crab Walk
- 25m Monkey Walk
- 25m Rabbit Walk

- 15 Dumbbell Thrusters (Front Squat --> Push Press)
- 15 Dumbbell Press-Up to Renegade Row
- 15 Dumbbell Deadlifts
REST
3 rounds for time:
- 150m row
- 15 Burpees
- 15s shoulder press HOLD
