- 60 metres Farmer's walk carrying a breeze block* (two arms)
- 3 sets of 10 x Concrete block deadlift, squat clean and press.
- 10 x Tree Pull-Ups
- 20 x Box Jumps (bin)
- Park bench - balance
- Sprints at 50/75/100m distances
- POSE running practice
