Tabata Tuesday - Level I, Week 2, Day 9 completed.
I managed 30 tuck jumps in my first round, 24 in the second. 15 prisoner squats each round, and 12 then 10 get-up/stand-ups. The tuck jumps were a significant effort and I was pretty much winded throughout. The bear crawls initially felt like a recovery round so I had to speed up significantly to ensure that wasn't the case.
My plank finisher was 1:50 (which is significantly less than my maximum time normally) - as a rule for timing the plank if you have to move or stretch away from the plank position to reduce discomfort stop the clock.
