Before you begin. If you have the paperback read pages 44-45 (if you have the ebook search for 'weekly programming') to become familiar with the process.
As a substitute for the jump pull-ups - aim for a vertical jump with arms overhead jumping as high as you can and landing as softly as possible.
With today's movements aim for slow with purpose and flow with control as the goal.
Focus on breathing and the quality of the movement. Don't rush, be relaxed and rest when needed. Let us know how you got on!
