It was a pleasure to eat at Pure Taste Restaurant - the first Paleo restaurant in London last night, fantastic food of very high quality. It took a while to arrive for this restaurant to come about - but it's well worth the wait. The lead chef Holly is challenging perceptions of what Paleo cuisine is and should be.
