I spent many years following what I call the “Chicken Flight” approach to fitness and health. In reference to enjoying short and high bursts of achievement which is then inevitably followed by crashing into the ground.
Even fitness experts are changing their diet and workout program every few weeks or months - telling you they now have the answer. They achieve quick aesthetic wins for a six-pack no doubt - but with a lack of consistency. They'll be right next time of course. A little stricter, a few more tweaks, presenting a photo of how good they used to look on that one particular day?
