60m Bear Crawl

60m Crab Walk

15m Crocodile Walk

50m Reverse Crab Walk

50m Reverse Bear Crawl

Repeat the above 2-3 rounds, rest as required.

 

Note:

Please scale all Fitness Explorer workouts to your current ability. This may mean increasing or decreasing the weights prescribed, modifying distances and times, or changing number of sets and reps to complete.
