Workout: (Using C2 Indoor Rower)

2000m Row (aim for < 7:20)

30 sec rest

1000m Row (aim for < 3:30)

30 sec rest

500m Row (aim for < 1:40)

Aim to beat previous 500m split time each round.

Note:
