Warmup:
 
Various Animal Movements (bear crawl, cat walk, duck walk, monkey walk, rabbit walk, etc);

Workout:
 
200m Sprint
100m Bear Crawl
100m Crab Walk
100m Fireman Carry
100m Piggy Back Carry
Combos of precision jumps, vaults, tree pull-ups
*Repeat the above until you are tired of playing...
