Testimonial: Going Virtual - Week 1
Week 1:
"I've been bored of the same old gym routines and put quite a bit of weight around the middle recently. I don't live in London so can't take advantage of one to one training with Darryl. Keen to do something different I decided to try his distance training option.
We spent time discussing my goals. I took measurements and told Darryl how many times a week I could work out from home (fitting around looking after my kids, work and the school runs) and what equipment I had (i.e. not much).
Then the work began. I send him regular feedback via my workout calendar and he keeps track of what I'm doing.
I'm amazed. After my husband and I started Fitness Explorer virtual training and lifestyle plan we have lost 8lbs and 4lbs in the first week. At times he has even told me to eat more food, focussing on the type of food to reduce body fat and make me leaner and healthier. I can also see myself toning up already!
The training sessions are always different and hard work but the results speak for themselves. Bring it on Darryl."
