Well here is the Fitness Explorer DIY version - it requires a strong piece of rope, a pulley, a knot I remembered from the Boy Scouts and someone daring enough to be hoisted several metres off the ground. (Thanks Kirk!)
Was a lot of fun attempting this today at Primal Bootcamp. You may ask what muscle groups are targeted during this exercise? Actually all of them, especially those muscles involved in laughter...
