In honour of those who have died in the line of duty serving the armed forces:

11 step Bear Crawl

11 Squats

11 Press-Up

* repeat 11 rounds for time

Results:

Darryl: 10:20

Kirk: 12:05

Samanta: 14:08

Peter: 20:12

Cort: 29:20
