Who are you? 

Andy McKenzie, a Strength and Conditioning coach.  Currently residing in Newport, South Wales.
 

What is fitness to you? 

We are never weak, always getting stronger.

What are your goals? 

To move through the rest of my life with ease.

What is one of your main concerns in relation to health? 

Maintaining what I have now when I am older.


What is your favourite exercise/activity?

Variety is the spice of training (a cop out there Andy!)

What is your favourite meal? 

Mixed salad with avocado and prawns.
