Warmup:
  • 10 Squats
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 10 Walking Lunges
  • 10 Sit-Ups
  • 10 Back Extensions
Workout:

Finisher:

Notes: 
  • Take 1-2 minute rest between sprints.
  • Run barefoot (or use minimalist training shoes such as Vibram Five Fingers) if conditioned to do so.
