Who are you?

Chet Morjaria, founder and director of FK.UK  An organisation advancing functional fitness in the UK through collaborative events and education.

What is fitness to you?

Of course being functional.  To move and to perform for whatever you need, whenever you need to do it.  Fitness not just for life, but also other activities such as exercise and sports.

What are your goals?

Personally to see individuals getting the most out of life, in terms of the business - to help people do that.

What is one of your main concerns in relation to health?

The damage people are doing to themselves unknowingly.

What is your favourite meal?

Chicken (Nandos style)!

What is your favourite exercise/activity?

Picking up something heavy from the ground and moving it!
